Supported Assets & Contract Addresses
BESC (Native)
BESC is the native currency of BESC Hyperchain. When bridged to external chains, it becomes wBESC (wrapped BESC) with 9 decimal places.
| Network | Token | Decimals |
|---|---|---|
| BESC Hyperchain | BESC (native) | 18 |
| Ethereum | wBESC (ERC-20) | 9 |
| BNB Chain | wBESC (BEP-20) | 9 |
Wrapped Assets on BESC Hyperchain

Bridge Architecture
All wrapped tokens on BESC Hyperchain use a mint/burn model:
- Bridging IN to BESC: The bridge backend detects your deposit on the source chain, then calls
mint()on the wrapped token contract on BESC to issue the equivalent amount - Bridging OUT from BESC: You call
burn()on the wrapped token contract (via the bridge UI), the bridge backend detects the burn and releases the native asset on the destination chain
For BESC itself bridging to ETH/BSC: native BESC is sent to the bridge receiver address, and wBESC is minted on the destination. Redeeming wBESC burns it and releases native BESC.
Token Standards
All wrapped tokens on BESC Hyperchain implement:
- ERC-20 standard interface
- Mintable — only the bridge signer can mint
- Burnable — token holders can burn (to bridge out)
- Optional: trading controls, authorization list, blacklist (on select tokens)
